moving the "About Me" up, i read other codes, but they won`t work Options

i read this code and copied it into my page, but i did the other code [to take the extended network/blogs off]; that one worked but to move the about me up, it didn't work..

so in other words; how can i move the "About Me" up? can someone please revise the code or something b/c apparently a lot of people are having the same problem.. if i`m just plain stupid [which i most likely am], can you please explain to me just HOW to move up the "About Me"?

have you tried changing the number (190) to something smaller?

and also the bottom code with the height number in it needs to be in between style tags:

well; i`ve tried that code [so many times, my hand hurts from copying/pasting; lol]\ and yet it doesn`t seem to work. My "About ME" seems to show up over my blogs and extended networks.. could you [or anyone] possibly help me with this; b/c i`m confused beyond understanding

alright; so the code you gave me worked to remove the blogs and extended network, thanks.. however; i can`t seem to make my "About Me" go up still
