How do i sharpen and get a picture with this kind of quality ?

filter>sharpen>unsharp mask
or duplicate the picture, go to filter>blur>gaussian blur, put it to about 2 pixels, then set the blend mode to overlay or soft light and then turn thelayer transperancy down to like 25 percent. I hope you know what im talking about lol. |
