I used this code to make my tables thinner: http://www.createblog.com/scripts/download.php?id=101

but since then, there is space between my left tables and my right tables. is there a way to decrease this space? in the code, i played around with the second number (the % number) but it didn't change anything. please help?

CODE
<style>
table table td {padding:1px;}
table table table td {padding:0px;}
table table table {width:500px !important;}
</style>

may want to add this as well with it though
CODE
td.text td a img {width:auto !important;}
table table table table table,
table table table table table td {
width:0px !important; padding:0px !important;}
td.text a img {width:100px !important;}
td.text td.text a img {width:35px !important;}
td td td div strong {width:170px !important; display:block;}
</style>

table table table {width:300px !important;}

span, font, a, table, td, div, b {font-size:7px !important;}

it seems like that shrunk my tables. i don't want my profile to be shrunken. :-/

i want them normal size (not shrunken, although i made them thinner with a code), just closer to one another, all while maintaining the "pushed to the left" profile format.

this is the link to my myspace, without any of the codes you gave me (to avoid confusion,so that you can see my original problem):

here

thanks..

k
changed some
also if you go here.

you can see what i did

if you like it then here
CODE
<style>
table table td img {display:none;}
table table table td img {display:inline;}
table td td {width:0px;}

table table td {padding:1px;}
table table table td {padding:0px;}
table table table {width:250px !important;}

td.text td a img {width:auto !important;}
table table table table table,
table table table table table td {
width:0px !important; padding:0px !important;}
td.text a img {width:100px !important;}
td.text td.text a img {width:50px !important;}
td td td div strong {width:170px !important; display:block;}

object {display:block; width:250px;}
.orangetext15, .blacktext10 {
display:block; width:110px; font-size:6pt !important;}
td.text td.text table table div {display:none;}
</style>

also in your comment box code
you need to chang the cols to 30
QUOTE
cols="30" rows="7"

and in your about me you had
<style type="text/css"> body{ padding-right: 200px; }</style>

change the 200 to 300

ok, i tweaked the code you gave me and i like it! but it's not to the left anymore....any idea how to get it to the left again? when i use the code:

<style type="text/css">
body{
padding-right: 300px; }</style>

it doesn't do anything. and the bigger i make the number, it just increases the size on the right but doesn't push my tables to the left. it just causes a scrollbar to appear along the bottom? help? i really appreciate this help

hmm well

you don't need to put anything in the extended network
because it will just make the tables further apart again..
so you need to take that out..

and i can't quite figure out why it won't move over to the left more..
i'll try figuring it out
but i doubt i will mellow.gif

once again to see what it will look like now..

ALSO
change the cols for your comment box to 40
or it will stretch the table out
and it won't look right.

you can't get rid of that
unless you go change that code to make your profile go to the left more
because you changed the number to high to make that scroll bar show...

what do u mean, "unless you go change that code to make your profile go to the left more"?

when i lower the number to, say,300, i have the same problem i had a few posts ago. it doesnt move to the left, there's too much space on the left. almost like a block of padding

body{
padding-right: 175px; }

change that.
it works..
the code i gave you of a whole new layout should work..
unless your changing it in some way..that you shouldn't be..
