I wasnt sure whether I should put this in Girls locker or the Health forum but I decided to put it in the Health forum ;x..
So. Well I get my period every other week. It always lasts about 4 days or a little more. And im 16.. well actually 17 soon really soon. I was wondering if theres anything wrong with me or my body? x_X Thank you ahead of time! |

mm, well..has it been happening ever since you started? even if it has, its not normal. go to the doctor.

Well actually it varies. At first when I had it I had it the "normal" cycle days but the years afterwards its been more or less. Such as the year after I first got it.. it changed so I only get it for 2 days or so and then I wouldnt have it again for a whole month. But the year after id have it for about a week and id get it every 2 weeks. And now its like this x_x

that happened to me a couple times and it SUCKS. i was going to go to the doctor but it stopped doing that. if it keeps coming every other week i'd definatle go to a gyno or something. i heard you can have something wrong with your ovaries if your cycle is that short.

It's either you have too much "leftover" blood or it's your menstral cycle problem.
See a gyno, definitely. |

Haha i dont get the moodiness with my period ;x im more moody when im not on it o.o
This will sound dumb but im afraid to go to the gyno -_-; and i explained it to my mom but shes like "its okay.. its just a phase" i guess ill try to go to the gyno. Thanks ^_^ |

It actually might be a hormonal problem that might develop into something worse. I think that your best bet would be to visit a gyno or a doctor because having your period every other week is extremely abnormal.

^ That's what doctors do.. and when you get into sports, they have to give you physical exams and yeah .. pretty much touch you in every place imaginable.
