My Zombie story, whatever man. Options

well, after reading the zombie survival guide:complete protection from the living dead(BUY IT!), i thought it would be pretty bad ass to be a bandit in a zombie infested world. so i wrote this piece of crap in 10 minutes for my xanga and i decided to dump it here.

Rick tossed his cigarette and crushed it with purpose. it had been 4 years since he had been with this bandit group, and he was growing restless.

"It's been 4 years since the zombie outbreak, can't we just go and kill the rest of them?" complained Rick.

"No, it's still too dangerous. Stop whining, we've got a raid on the military base in an hour. suit up." said Rodriguez.

Rick headed towards the armoury. He picked up his trusty Shaolin spade, the best weapon against the zombies. The world had become completely overrun by ghouls, leaving only bandits and small islands of civilization. Bandits were not noble, but neither were the zombies.

Rick jumped on his old fox dirt bike. this was the vehicle of choice for bandits, since most conventional roads were blocked up by the destruction caused by the zombies.

"Ready? these guys might be armed, you might want some armour." said the captain.

Rick patted his kevlar vest.

"alright then, move out!"

the bandits, 20 in all, sped off towards to military base to the south.

"Stop!" commanded the captain, base in sight.

the captain looked around, and gave the signal of "all clear"

the bandits dropped their bikes and ran quietly towards the base.

"funny, there seems to be no one there.." thought Rick.

"Rick, open that door!" barked el capitan.

"Yes sir!"

Rick bashed the lock open with his staff, and threw open the doors. a distinct moan cut through the darkness, but it was too late. Rick felt the fangs in his arm. In a matter of hours, he would be a zombie.

Haha. YES! I love Zombies! Ever watch Night of the Living Dead? Hehe. Good job. You should write what happened with the other guys!
