My hair is naturally curly, but I usually straighten it.
Now that is it short (I recently cut it) I am wearing it straight more often. I was wondering if you like your hair better curly or straight. At my school everyone straightens their hair. Is your school/town like that too? I think I like my hair better straight. |

Well, most people from my schoool have straight hair...because they're Asians? Some people straighten them to make them straighter, and some curl it once in a while.
Wavy hair is cute, IMO. |

so many of the girls at my school straighten their hair. if I take a shower and let my hair dry by itself (meaning, I don't towel dry it or blow dry it) and don't straighten it, it looks kind-of wavey.
personally, I really like curly hair. it's out of the ordinary, because you can't get the same 'do' twice. ;D |

i have natrually curly hair and I hate it. But it takes 3 hours to straighten! I'm thinking about gettting it relaxed or permanently straight, but I'm kinda scared if you know what I mean. If only I could have those beautiful curls that actresses have. (Emmy Rossum, etc.)

a lot of the girls in my school have straight hair.
depends on face structure though. curls look good with square-ish faces. i think. my hair's usually straight though. |

My hair is wavy. I don't straighten it...because then your hair looks dead. Seriously. Like you put on a very dead looking straight thing. I like to run my hands through my hair and just let it go where it wants, it looks alot better that way from when I was younger and I tried to control it. I keep it short now, and my boyfriend jokes that it always looks like I just got out of bed. You know. >.>
Long story short, natural hair is always the way to go, just find the style for you and rolll with it. |

I have naturally wavy hair, but my friends assure me all the time that I have naturally straight hair. Oh well. Wavy hair is nice at times, but I'd rather prefer having either straight hair or curly hair all the time. I like curls on me, since trying to achieve jet straight hair with my hair is difficult.

My hair is straight, but NOT slick-straight. I straighten my hair to make it reallllllly straight, because ever since I cut my hair last January, My hair grows out with a slight wave.
I like straight hair. Even though it's true that EVERYONE does it, it looks very classy to me. I'm not a big fan of curls, but I would have to say that some people at my school have nice curly hair, even some of them don't look natural or I know that they're not natural. :P |

It depends. Like what type of curly. I don't like the curls that are like tiny curls. I like the ones that are big and fat =D
And it also depends on the person. Some people can look good in both types of hair, some just can't pull it off. |

yeah pretty much everyone at my school straightens their hair too.
my hair is naturally curly/wavy... well... i can't really explain it haha. but everyone tells me it looks so pretty so i just leave it the way it is. occasionally i'll straighten it though. i used to straighten it all the time. |

My hair is extremely curly and down to my waist so it's easier to manage when it's straight, but it's really long and thick so it's not exactly fun to straighten it. I have better ways to spend that 2 hour time slot of my day.

I like both. I usually don't have the time/patience to curl my hair, though, so I save that for special occasions. But I straighten my hair pretty much every day during the school year. Save when I get lazy, then I just put it up in a ponytail.
Girls here either straighten their hair, scrunch it, or leave it normal. |

i love straight hair so much !
but ugh !! my hair... i dont even know how to explain it.. in 5th grade it was wavy and i wore it down a lot bc it wasnt super curly that i had to straighten it but in 6th grade i got a perm... before 8th grade i took the perm out and got my hair straightened bc i hated the perm... now i straighten it bc its still rlly curly and idk if the chemical wore out yet or if its my natural curly hair bc wen i was little i had rly curly hair .now i like fry my hair bc i use a straightener and my hair gets rlly frizzy and i hate it so much bc wen i straighten it the humidity curls it back up or it gets wet and poofs out, and wen i wear it curly i have to put a lot of gel and hair spray in it to make it stay flat because it will poof out... ahhh i hate my hair sooo muchh !! i dont know wut to do with it !

if everyone at ur school has straight hair wear it curly just to be different. i have the curliest hair ever and i always used to straighten it bue now i have it shorter (just above shoulder) and i wear it crazy and curly just to bug ppl and stand out. i hate how everyone has to look like clones to be "pretty"

i usually straighten my hair because it's already somewhat straight and its a pain to do anything to...sometimes i'll scrunch my hair or my friend will curl my hair...but usually i stick with straight
