well, i have to write a history research paper, and my topic is slavery in america. i really need a good + informative book. i was thinking about buying john hope franklin's from slavery to freedom: a history of african americans through amazon but i'm not sure if it'll be too hard to read... i'm in 9th grade, just in case that helps.

if it's too hard to understand, do you guys know any other good, easy && informative books??

[edit] azn_dragon: i've already checked my school library and they don't have any good books. i found a few, but they're not really detailed.

Yeah, go to the library, they'll have books there. No need to buy it online.
