To reword the topic's title, it's more like liking someone who doesn't frustrate me most of the time, but when the person does, it really bugs me and it hurts me even more. I don't know what to do.

Let's just say my crush's named 'Dean'. Anywho, we have known each another for approximately seven months & I liked him for eight months. So we started out becoming friends and we became really good friends real quick (I was depressed & he cheered me up by walking home after 5 days of knowing each another). Well eventually he found out when he forced one of my best friends to tell him who I liked. Apparently all along, he guessed it was him (he's really good with reading people).

Well that's not the point. I don't get why I still can't get over him. We had classes together last semester and our lockers are at the end of the school, so we were really close. A lot of drama and whatnot back then. Like I didn't know what he wanted from me. He's still the sweetest guy that I have ever came across. The most caring, too. Like the stuff he did or did for each another, people on the streets thought we were a couple or like my friends describe, it's like the good times couples have or during the hard times, how couples care for one another so much.

I don't have any classes with him this semester, so I don't really know what's going on in his life. But apparently, he knows about what's going on in my life. Like even when he's not involved with personal problems I'm going through on my own or with others, he will know something is wrong. I seriously don't know how he knows these things. Anywho, since we don't see each another much anymore, I thought he would at least make the effort to make plans or whatever for us to spend some time together. He did once, but he bailed out on me in the morning. After that, we never talked outside of school anymore. The only times we see each another is right before lunch. He usually takes of after saying "hi" or sometimes he would hang around to make sure my stalker doesn't bother me.

So what am I frustrated about now? He will say stuff to my friends that concerns me. It's nothing bad, but if he says he will do something, but won't do it, where does that leave me? Waiting in fear or whatever of him doing what he said he will do. Like the time when he said he will talk about me liking him after talking to my friend, who brought me up. He said something about me liking him and then my friend asking how long it's been the last time he talked to me about it. He said sometime during the beginning of the semester, which was not true. It was before the first semester exams! So then I was freaked out he will come up to me anyday and start talking to me about it. Or like how my friend asked him if he was going to come to my birthday party today (my birthday was yesterday though =P). He said he had somewhere else to go and then he said he will call me to at least say happy birthday? Did he? No! For heaven's sake, if he says we're pratically like best friends and then went on about it can be more or whatever one day because we don't know our futures, then how in the world can someone forget their good friend's birthday, right? When I remembered his and I actually made the effort to call him and talk for awhile when he was stuck at home on his birthday.

I don't even know what to say to him tomorrow.

Topic Moved to Relationships

I think that you're not over him because you're infatuated with what you two used to be. You said that you think he's the sweetest and most carring guy yet he forgot your birthday and didn't wish you a happy birthday after he was informed about it. You're basically living in the past. The things that made you fall for him are the things that continue to fuel your admiration of him.

I think you should give it one more shot, just try to talk to him some more. You're still in his head but I'm not sure if he still has any feelings for you, if he does they're not as strong as they once were. Instead of waiting for him to make plans, you should. Put yourself out there, don't sit back and wonder when he's going to talk to you or call or something. Don't let this oppurtunity pass you by. When you see him tomorrow, say hi, ask him how he's doing, and ask him if you two could hang out some time and catch up. Try to rekindle what you two used to have.

Is your crush's name really "Frank"? Because it's okay to say it's Frank if it really is. It's okay to be frank about Frank.

Chii // The thing is, we were never together. We were just really close friends who has always been there for each another, and yet, we act like a couple. That's what really messes me up. The thing is, I try to speak to him and whatnot. Like after everything that happened, I actually tried to ignore him. But just last week, I started talking to him more. He did the same with me when he found out I have a stalker. I guess he got jealous or whatever he is whenever he sees me talking to other guys. Whenever I do, he doesn't like it or he will try to capture my attention.

Mipadi // Nope, my crush's name isn't really Frank.
