I want a new window to open up when you click on view friends or click on someone else's profile. How do you do that?

You can't do that since you didn't make those links. Unless you manually click those links I don't think you can..

Alright, you're right. I went back to the page where I saw that at and the ones that do open in new windows are the links she made. Thanks:)
