finally i figured out
with the awesome help of toyo

now i got my pic that i wanted in the spot i wanted and i made it into a link the only thing is it has these blue thin lines around it how can i get it off

i'm not sure,
but make sure all of your borders are at 0px.

You get blue lines around which image?

say your code is
<img src="urltoimage">
change it to
<img src="urltoimage" border="0">
