My cursor isn't working! ;_; Options

So I decided to change my layout, and changed a few things in the code I'm using but after I got everything perfect, one thing I noticed is the cursor I put in place of the default arrow cursor, isn't showing! ;_; I'm trying to make the cursor into the crosshair one, it works for hovering over links, but when it's the regular cursor, it's not showing up! (First I thought I did a misspelling, but when I checked they were all spelled the same)
