marquee friends Options

hey guys, i have a code for custom friends and to have comments in a scrollbox, but if i try to put marquee codes in the custom friends code, it doesnt work. can someone show me where to put the marquee parts at? thnx! or if its not possible, can you guys give me a code to make friends marquee and to have comments in a scrollbox? well yeah thnx guys! :] heres the code.
