Over winter break my senior year, I really, really wanted mandarin oranges, but we didn't have any and my parents didn't have time to go get some. The first day back from winter break, I bought lunch at school. Normally I didn't buy lunch, but I hadn't packed one that day, so I bought one. And--ta da!--mandarin oranges were the dessert that day, and naturally I got some. I think that's the best thing that has ever happened to me.

There are many good things that have happened to me. I dont really have a best thing. But I guess it would have to be being born. Other than that, I'll just see what happens.

I want to say something but I don't know. I'm hesitating because people will critisize me ... so if I'm hesitant to say, I don't think it's it at all. So, I don't know.

i honestly dont know.

now all thats coming to mind are all the crappy things that have happened to me. i could say when i finally was able to eat again, but thats not really true.

and i could say when i had a true best friend, but we're not friends anymore.

so..yea. i guess this is a pretty depressing answer. ill edit it later with an actual best thing.

after all, it is YOUR best thing.

The next best thing would probably be being accepted to the college I wanted to attend as well as earning scholarships. After that, I just feel less stressed out about school and always having people ask me where I want to go and what I want to major in, and other questions pertaining to my near future.

i don't know if i could pick any one event that could be the best thing that ever happened to me. most things would lead to others.

but strange as it sounds, the thing that sticks out in my head right now is my parents seperating. that started the string of events which lead to where i am now, with my homes, my families, my brothers and sisters, and the comparitive cultures i've been able to experience.

Joanne De La Cruz Armoreda, if it wasn't for her, I would still be the A-Hole and Jerk I used to be, it took her for me to realize what an idiot I used to be.
