It's normal. But try to relax..do things that make you happy.

Maybe you also need to cut yourself off from everyone else..then maybe that'll help them realize how much they need you.

yeah that happens to me alot when i'm under like major stress. i think the best thing to do would be talking with a close friend, and just letting it all out. also, after talking things out, it's nice to know that you'll always have someone there.

I have to be under a lot more stress than the usual amount to actually cry for something. Everyone hates that choking feeling when they realize how much needs to be done or how much is going to happen and theres no way of making it easier or getting around it.

But I cry most when someone shows concern for me. If a teacher or anyone asks me "are you all right?" or "are you going to be ok?" I bawl. Human compassion feels so rare these days... i think thats why i'm so touched when i finnally experiance it.

I'm an over sensitive person. I must cry at least 3 times a week or it is not normal for me. But mostly for stress.

I'm a very emotional person...in fact, the last two times I cried were yesterday, the last, last, last time was the day before yesterday but that was a little different...I got a shot from the doctor cry.gif

Yesterday I cried a little on the subway when I saw these two little boys who were brothers that were playing together. They reminded me of me and my brother when we were little...we're not as close at all anymore... I would have balled if I wasn't alone and/or in public.

Also, yesterday I was watching old episodes (I think they're old) of Lost with my darling that I've never seen before and I cried when the Korean guy left his wife after he heard her speak English... It was so horrible...they both wanted their relationship to get better before the plane crashed on the island but now, it's just all ruined. They're always making me cry, like the other time when she was about to leave him at the airport but wanted to try again...it reminded me of how I used to be.

Everyone goes through these stages. I definitely remember when I did. I cried just about every night, and broke down in school sometimes. Bad things happen sometimes, you just have to hang tight and ride it through. You'll be alright. _smile.gif

I'm an easy cryer. The most simple things can make me cry. A few days ago, I had an argument with my parents and that made me cry. But then if i fall and scrap my skin, i won't cry from that. I don't know if somethings wrong with me but i dont't cry from like physical pain, but i cry like emotionally.

Oh it's been happening to me a lot too, except now my depression is kinda subsiding. If you want to cry, do it. Get all your emotions out. And if it makes you feel any better, it's been scientifically proven that it helps. =) Once your crying stage is kinda out of the way, occupy yourself with things to do (it's worked wonders for me), just don't stretch yourself out too much.

I hope you feel better soon, life's too short to feel bad. =)

Once you get into the habbit of over-crying, you really have to sit down and think "aren't I just acting like a little brat?". Once upon a time, when I was about 6/7, I cried a lot, but I noticed it even started to piss off my parents, and when I realized I could stop crying, because I actually didn't NEED to, I can say I only cry when...well, about once or twice a year, in situations when crying is actually kind of neccesary.

I remember I used to cry so much one year. I was trying to make a cover for my textbook and I just burst into tears because I couldn't do it right. A good way to help yourself is to take one day, wear your PJs and just curl up and watch a movie. Then you will feel relaxed! Don't push yourself too much either, school can be soooo stressful sometimes and the drama that comes with friends makes it 10x worse.

There's nothing wrong with crying, even when it isn't neccessary. It's good sometimes to just let it out; I tend to feel a lot better if I just cry for a half hour.

Generally, I don't cry in public. I'm sort of thought of as a tough girl who lets things roll off her shoulders. That's true, to an extent.

There are times I cry and I have NO idea why I'm crying. I cried during a friggin Justice League episode once laugh.gif (Wonder Woman was being exiled from her island). I guess I had a lot on my mind and that was just the catalyst for some reason.

I don't cry as much as I used to… sure I get close to, but I never actually cry. the last year I had two of my friends die, but I didn't even cry when that happened. I just sort-of sat there… numb to everything. I didn't go to school for three days it got so bad.

I know how it feels to lose friends, it's been happening a lot to me lately. just keep looking at the bright side of things. (i.e., make a list of things you're thankful for, people who stick with you, etc)

just keep your head up and don't forget that you've got friends in unlikely places. :)

hehe, I got a weird habit: I never cried when I'm physically hurt. Ever since I was little, I remember when I fell off my bike, I limp home all bloodied up with a twisted wrist, I didn't even cry once. When my mom saw me, she rush over to ask if I was okay, to see that she was really worried, I burst into tears. I stiill do that, I cry every time someone hurt my feelings, I'm extremely emotional (though I never cry over drama or movies, because I knew that they're acting) but I would cry the minute I saw a 911, tsunami, or katrina footage.

Though, like you, I am worst when I'm under stress. I just need to find things to cry over when I'm stressful, and when i started crying, I cry ALOT, like a freakin 5 year old who got her candy stolen >.<

i've always been like that. i'm a very sensitive person. like others have said, you're probably just going through stress and that's why. the stuff that you said is easy to see why you would be crying. i'm sure you'll get over it and it'll get better. if it doesn't, and this continues for awhile, you might want to go to the doctor and make sure everything is okay with you. i.e. depression, chemical imbalance, etc.

once at a swim meet i went to, i was sick and had a lot of homework and up at the block while i was stretching, i cried silent tears because i had goggles on and no one could see me cry.

yeah i cry before i go to bed. i try not to let my mom see because she tries to make things better she cant fix, so i end up feeling bad and it makes me cry even more. i also cry when my mom yells at me.

There's this guy i'm good friends with and i very well. I respected him a lot too because he was so polite to adults, is a hard worker, and stays away from drugs. I dont have feelings for him or anything but i cried when I found out he's going out with an immature 8th grader. I know she's immature because i know her personally and the kind of people she hangs out with. Shes the kind who's gone out with 10 kids a month and the relation ships lasted less than two weeks.

Well, sometimes. Especially if someone else is pressuring me and I can't handle it.
When I cry, I usually think of other things that are wrong in my life...
Which makes me cry even more.
I can cry really long..
Its amazing how many tears I can produce blink.gif

I don't cry all that much. When I do, the next day I always get sick. I think it's pretty normal though. A good cry can do wonders for some people. Stress is something that used to make me cry a wholeee lot last year and over the summer 'cause I was studying so much for this SHS Exam. (There for I was brutally sick for pretty much the entire summer.) laugh.gif
