hey, thanks got rid of the groups and the network banner but theres this little line were the network banner was thats STILL there and i used the links u gave me and it took away the right hand side of my page that i wanted to keep (but its ok i took htlm bk out)

can u help me get rid of that tiny box/black line at the top right hand of my page and then my layout will be pefect :)

I don't think thats possible for you sicne you didn't hide your blogs.. The only way to loose that is to hide extended network + blogs..

how about the mutlipe lines that are at the top of the page? any chance i could get rid of them?

Thats one of the only ways to hide them I believe w/out making a custom one.
I think you already tried

<style>
.navbar{display:none;}
</style>

so yea mellow.gif

Unless you might want to try changing your css code if you really want them gone and see if that helps because your layout doesn't even work for me I have to change browsers to look at it.
