I wanted to know how to get the Post/Redo buttons under the Comment box rather than on the side..

Hmm, im not sure.. It seems to be working fine for me... here try a more simple comment box?

try using that one, it's more simple... and has worked fine for me for many times... just look at the stuff in red and you can change them if you'd like.. play with the numbers in cols and rows to get the height and width you want..
