and everytime i try and make the font smaller in the table, all the writing disappears. or any kind of font editing within the table.
any ideas what's going on?

thats to change your text :] its using small fonts for now since thats what most people like so i put it as that but you can change it to anything
the span b is for bold text and the color for it at the moment is red. so you may want to change that also
