Hello. :) I totally have the same problem - I can't seem to get rid of belly fat sometimes. *sighs*

There is another thread regarding toning your stomach. =)

Also, there is a very useful listing of some topics that have been made in Heath - Health Forum Listed Topic Guide

Try a cardiovascular exercise such as running. That should do the trick.

Sit-ups maybe? You have to keep doing it regularly to get better results, but you're right; they don't always work. Everyone's system is different. =)

The best way to get rid of belly fat is to never eat until you are full and stretch out your stomach, do intense ab workouts, and then do cardiovascular activity. Cardio is the big one, it speeds up metabolism and will shed those extra pounds faster.

And if you hate running, try DDR. Much more fun. happy.gif

Well, I experienced the same problem too. My waist size is 27 and I wanted to get it down to at most 25 ASAP.
I run, I do sit-ups, almost every single day, but it seems to have not much effect on me.
I don't eat junk food much and I was supposed to be genetically skinny because I was as skinny as a stick during elementary school.

Yeah. There have been quite a few topics on how to tone your stomach, so you should probably check them out.

Don't just exercize; watch your eating habits. Try to be more active. Jogging, doing crunches and not eating too much will help minimize your stomach.
