For some stupid reason my mom's music program (Musicmatch Jukebox 10.1) doesn't want to copy songs from the CDs that she just bought to add onto her library on Musicmatch Jukebox. Usually you select the tracks you want to copy from your CD and then it'll will download it onto your library. BUT this time, it just didn't want to copy anything and the whole program closes and they ask if I want to fill out a error report. This HASN'T happened before and I'm wondering if it's the program itself because I have had problems with it before..ALSO I tried probably uninstalling and then try to install it again but when I go to control panel and add or remove programs ..IT WONT LET ME!!!! And it says, "Setup.exe had encountered a problem and needs to close. We're sorry for you inconvience."

Why won't it let me remove this program off my computer?! Is there another way I can without the doing the control panel >add or remove programs because thats not working for me right now and its frustrating!

Btw, she has a Dell DJ Ditty.

Any help is appreciated(:

More info: I tried to copy the music from the CD again and it gave me this message and it was titled "Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library: Buffer overrun detected! Program:...mFiles/Musicmatch/MusicmatchJukebox/mmjb.exe --A buffer overrun has been detected which has been cirrupted the programs internal state. The program cannot safely countinue execution and now must be terminated."
*Does anyone know what this means? Please tell me what I can do.
