Well, at http://seventeen.com/, I found a useful BMI (Body Mass Index) Calculator, and thought I might share it:

somebdoy else already posted this a while back..
http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=84204 and it was only a few down. search next time. im 16, 102 lbs, 5'7. anyway, mine is.. 15.326 according to seventeen, at the age of 16, i should be 16.8 to 24.7. and being 15.3, my weight is the weight of a 13 year old.. =[ my weight has been an issue ever since i hit my teen years. no matter what i eat, my metabolism works too fast. |
