I spent way too much time on this. I know that it works in Firefox and Internet Explorer (with no side bar) but I'm not sure about other browsers.

I like it. Very nice choice of shadings of blue. I think you should make the scrollbar colored or transparent. o.O

I think that it looks really good, I agree with the above comments.
your page would be topped off if you either added colored scrollbars or transparent ones. |
