^ Yeah.
It's done really poorly, were you trying to vexel this? You shouyld shade the skin a little more better. The one of the headphone is ok, though. Good try.

the guy in the middle-right is pretty good. some of your shapes are kinda choppy tho. to fix that you could use the pen tool, or if you really want to stick with the lasso tool, after you make the selection click select>modify>smooth.
dont be afraid to use more layers. the more layers you have, the better the shading looks =) |

its ok, but you ought to make it smooth as possible.. your vexel is a bit choppy add some layers unto it.
