Butterfly Vector Brushes Help, ... ^

uhm... i'm looking for a vectorish butterfly brushes... i saw it on a few sites and i was looking for it all over deviant art.. i can't find it at all... Thumbnailed image:



also i am looking for the cloud shapes and the way to make the text look like this. I thought it was a dropshadow that had a gradient.. but it looks more complicated. Any help would be appreciated. xD

The butterflies are a default brush/custom shape in Photoshop. You can change the shape dynamics in the brush settings if you use the brush or you can transform it if you use the custom shape. The clouds can be made by just putting circles together using the elliptical marquee tool. But make sure that the "add to the selection" button on the toolbar is clicked. Then just fill on the layer will the color and add an outer glow. For the text, you can just duplicate the text layer, flip it vertically, and add a gradient. :)

how do you flip the text? when i tried it everything was in reverse

Flip vertical instead of flip horizontal. (Vertical is up-down and horizontal is left-right.)
It'd be Image -> Rotate -> Flip Layer Vertical most likely.
