changing size of textareas?

i want to show html codes so i use a textarea but is there anyway to change the size of it?

Try this:
CODE
textarea, input {
font-family :Verdana;
font-size : 11px;
color : #30ADD1;
width:200px;
background : #transparent;;
border : 1px solid;
border-color : #FA9D25;
}

edit the settings and add between style tags.

^so that code that you placed, that code goes where? Im kinda lost. Does it go in the actual blog while you are posting, or in the custom stylesheet in the customize blog section. And if so, how do place them in?
