help with contact box..... Options

mkay so i am currently using the retro circles design by:biggestxmistake.....
and yea the layout kicks ass...but there is one problem.....its lacking a contact box...and no matter how hard i try i cant get the contact box that i want on there to fit in right...its all messed up...and its reli tickin me off....so if anyone knows how i can fix this...they should most definatly help me....cuz i want my contact box to work....
