hmm I need one for my avy (not cB..this other forum) and it dosen't fit..

File type most likely. One is .GIF and one is .JPG. Just save it to your hard drive, open in Paint and then save it as a .GIF image. Or get someone else to do it for you.

^still dosent work..it says
"The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 20000 bytes." are you sure it's 150 x 200? cuz this pic (again, sorry for the content) is 150 x 200 and it works for an avatar:
