Definition

Some people get confused or don't really know the complete definition for "Anime" or "Otaku" is. So here are the definitions to help you out!

Anime: a style of animation originating in Japan. It is sometimes referred to by the portmanteau Japanimation. Anime is characterized by stark, colorful graphics and stylized, colorful images depicting vibrant characters in a variety of different settings and story-lines, aimed at a wide range of audiences. Anime may be broadcast on television, distributed on media such as DVDs or published as console and computer games. Anime is usually influenced by Japanese comics known as manga.


Otaku: a variety of geek (or an overly obsessed fanboy / fangirl) specializing in anime and manga.

The font that I used was Georgia. I simply changed the size and style of it. And as for Sammy, it wasn't a subscription to Tokyopop the company. It was a subscription to their free manga magazine. I have one too

I didn't sign up with tokyopop.. my friend signed me up. Because they were having this one thing one day. For every 15 people you get signed up you get like 2 manga's free or something.... SO she just signed me up... got like 20 manga's free because she knew all my anime friends so signed us all up T.T
