I know this might not be the best place to put this thread, so move it if necessary.

Anyway...

Are you happy with your school pictures? I haven't met a lot of people who are. If you are happy with yours, please share your secrets for good pictures. Does anyone have any horror stories? I heard about a girl who was so scared to get her picture taken that she peed her pants when she was in front of the camera. (She was in kindergarten.) ohmy.gif

Well, I only took school pictures up to middle school, and then had my graduation/yearbook pictures done this year. Hmm, my pictures are OK I guess. My parents would make me dress up for it haha.

my grade has ~800 ppl..so our graduating class picture...everyones tiny..and i didnt get a good look either...alsoo..i guess my yrbk pictures r ok..there r some nice and some bad...the bad ones r mostly b/c of the glare of my glasses...-__- which i thought the photo ppl would get rid of or something buh apparently not

I hate hate hate taking school pictures. It all seems so...fake. Plaster on a fake smile, pretend that you actually want the 239423089 photographs in every single relative's wallet, it's just...uncomfortable for me. My picture this year wasn't too bad, I'll admit, but it's a pain that I'd rather not have to go through each year.

my school pictures this year 05-06` are reallly bad i look high.. but last year`s pictures were quite nice. everyone complimented.. and i thought i looked like me.

Hahah it's funny because my school pictures for sophmore year AND this year (senior year) are actually "okay" as opposed to all my other school pictures which were are horrible! My boyfriend said my picture for this year is my best one. It sucks because I took the senior portrait pictures (which goes in the yearbook) and that one was horrible! I want my school ID picture in there instead pinch.gif

that happened to me too
my stupid id pic came out great, however my yearbook photo didn't
so i payed extra for some airbrushing here and there

... i didnt even buy a year book.

i hated my last years picture. they cropped my face to the size of the square. it looked horrible. i'm pleased with this years though.. ahh the advantages of taking graphics and being the yearbook staff =P

weeellll........ somtimes there hott but then again sometimes they look like crap just like the time wore cheetah print top to bottom biiig mistake lol but i alwyas have a nice bright smile beacuse i always go right before the the person that makes me laf!

I've never really liked ANY of my school pictures. pinch.gif They catch me at the weirdest times so I come out looking weird.. I would rather just take my own picture and stick it in the yearbook. stubborn.gif This year, they fixed up the pictures, and somehow I got a mole on my right cheek and didn't have my dimple. They probably moved my dimple there. blink.gif It looked horrible sine it looked NOTHING like me. ermm.gif

I NEVER like my school pictures. Except, this year everyone's came out really good. I don't really like mine because I was like about to laugh and it looks messed up!

I think it depends on the photographers whether pictures are good or not, to be honest.

My school pictures are extremely embarrassing. I don't even want to think about it right now. Makes me want to vomit. And the worst thing is, my friend showed my crush my 4th grade school picture. And he thought it was cute. huh.gif But yeah, I always fake sick on picture day, so I can avoid it completely. I haven't been in the yearbook for two years now. Phew.

This years picture was okay. I wasn't really happy with it but it was better than all my other years.

Mine came out funny.
The whole school`s pictures came out funny.
They had messy color to the ID`s.

I liked mine this year considering it's my first year in high school and all the movies make it seem so scary, but I think I'm a photogenic person. I'm always freak out before pictures thinking that I might look cross-eyed or something will go wrong in the picture.
Last year though.. pinch.gif not good

Erm, well. Back in elementary school my school pictures were alright I suppose, but I hated this year's school pictures. I had chapped lips, put on chapstick, and then I turned out looking like some sort of whore.

Eck, the only school picture I'e ever liked was the one I had for the 7th grade yearbook. My picture for this year's yearbook is atrocious, by far the worst picture I've ever had taken. But oh well, hopefully next year mine won't be too bad =D.

Aw, that's a sad story..haha.

But, ew, I always hate my school pictures. Except for maybe my junior year in high school. And of course my senior pictures, but those are professional ones, so those don't really count :)

Uh, there are really no secrets. Just be comfortable! Also, if you wear something you know you look good in, you're gonna feel better about yourself which will definitely produce a good picture!

Mine came out okay...just okay.
My hair was messy, though.
I had to run to get my ID# since i was new and didn't know it at all. They needed it, so i ran to the counceling office and the people to give me my ID# weren't there. I waited an hour for them, but they didn't come. I just went back to my teacher and she found my ID# and then i took my picture. Dumb situation. Gosh.
