It's cute. Like the other one though, the cutout (whether or not you did it ;) ) is harsh. If possible, try softening the outline a bit. There's a great deal of empty space as well. Some brushes or patterns would be a nice addition. The font is cute (and I like the no fill), but the black doesn't really work for me.

simple and plain, maybe change the font color and touch of the edges of her.i agree with her,add a few brushes ...but nice background :]

The background near the bottom is kind of choppy and the hair is choppy. Its simple but it alright.

It would be good if this was a sticker pic... but alas, it's not.
I can see the effort you put in in cutting her out of the original background, but... it would have been better if she blended in the background more.

Keep on practising.
