ok what i wanna do is hide my commetns which i already did but i wanna have people still be able to add comments to my page so is there a way i can have my add comment button at the top or? heres my myspace link so you can see what i did MYSPACE

You can put a comment box in your about me or a link to add a comment, yes.
I'll find you the link for both and you can decide which you want to do.

Change all the ###### to the colors you want it to be, so that it matches your layout
