umm... do you have user's manual?
This topic should be moved to a help forum... web design, or programming...? |

What kind of a scanner do you have? I know for HP, you open up the HP director, put in your picture, press the 'scan picture' button, a window would pop up, and the preview would come up in that window, and you crop it or whatever and press 'accept'. Or something like that ^^;;

And the USB cord IS connected to my computer..and the printer is on..and everything..but when i press "scan"..this pops up: QUOTE an error occured communicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scannin device is connected properly and try again. I checked..everything seems in place..but i dont know whats wrong. |

You installed the CD that came with it right? And you let the machine install itself?
