Definitely. I have a love-hate relationship with Mariah. I hate the hell out of the new Mariah's songs like "Don't Forget About Us" and "We Belong Together" but when she was putting out sentimental crap like that earlier, it just worked better.

I like Mariah Carey. She struggled her whole life, with not being accepted by anybody because her mom was white and her dad was black, she was poor, had no friends and all that jazz. She made it to the top.

And, she has songs that at least one, if not everybody can relate to. I know I can relate to a lot of her music.
