Pretty bullets Options

Where do you get the pretty bullets? For example, I've seen some that are hearts, and they flash different colors.
I can put an example if anyone needs it.

^ Thats the code for a regular bullet. She/he asked for a different style of bullets.
When you find the bullet you want you can either go
<img src="bulleturlhere">text<br>
or an easier way would to be to add this to your css stylesheet or in between styletags.
