I think her highlights are too light and her tongue seems kinda glossy. Other than that, it's really good!

There's this metallic feel to the coloring. Personally, I like it. Surrealism is most wonderful art, to me. If it is a more natural colorization you're after though, the skin tone will have to be matted a bit, or softened a bit.
