My first layout that I tried to make compatible on both IE and Firefox. Man, did FF give me hell for trying, but I got it.

But there's still things that look spiffier in IE. Just a heads up on that. ^_~

thanks for the heads up so I could change to IE. It looks really good. The only thing I don't like is the nav. Its too...... "open" but thats just my personaly preference. Nice job.

The huge black space to the left of the image focus bothers me. It serves no purpose. I think the nagivation should be moved up into that area and then the blog should be fitted across the under. Lovely otherwise though. &props for making it cross browser. =3

Yea. I suggest you edit the image and probably, make a blend with another image. It's too empty. Personally, the font bugs me. I think it gives off a 'default' aura...maybe it's just me. xP Anyways, I love the effects on the banner.

That black space was bothering me, so I fixed it. I couldn't stand tha nav there when I tried it, so the navigation's staying where it is. The font: just being consistent. Times New Roman for the header, times for the rest of it.

I've discovered a problem, though. My table isn't conforming to 600px like I want it to... >_<

cool. But there's still a lot of space to the left of the image. If you can, try putting the navi in the picture, hotlink it, and then reupload the image. And then you can have all the space under the image dedicated to just blog.

OR

Just decrease the table's width. EIther way it looks great!!

I just wanted to say that the colors are wonderful together. I love the picture, its fits the theme well. What brushes did you use, because it really looks awesome?

The font is bothering me, too; plus your choice of font colors don't work well together. The blogheader and module headers seem tacky.

I love the banner, but on the left side, it looks cut off from the rest of the blog. I prefer it fading into black like the other sides.

Well piff. Some people just don't read.

Anyway, I'm not changing the font. I like it. XP I guess in order to get any help with the table sizing problem (the left end of the image is suppose to be cut off, that's supposed to be where the other end of the table is *kicks table*), I'll have to ask someone to either relocate this to the help section or post a new topic there.

I do have to agree with the innappropriate black space at the top. But it's very nice. AND YAY IT WORKS WITH FIREFOX!!!! The effects in IE are cool too only though it's just a opacity thing. -shrug-

Mad props for the layout, the IE filter fades are nice, but things that don't work on both browsers bother me.... And the thing with the fonts everyone is talking about is only a minor thing.. But nitpicky things like that are what make a REALLY SOLID layout, great work very clean.

Chill out. >_> I'm irritated that people keep pointing out the black space but apparently don't say anything about fixing the table, something I've pointed out. I guess we need to invent sarcasm tags. I've heard the fade to black thing millions of times now. Thank you, I do mean it, for the help there, but that's not the problem I'm currently trying to fix...

Wow, simply amazing. The top image is so attractive, and adds a spectacular life to the layout itself. The colors match and create a terrific sight. Nice going, very good job.
