i'm not really sure where to put this but i was wondering ..
can you do special effects to your pictures on paint other than "invert colors"? |

There are many things that you can do, I'm sure there may be some in the tutorials section, such as the simple things like adding a heart or star.

oh i know but is there any way that i can do that stuff without like downloading photoshop or anything. i just wanna do cool affects with paint to my pictures.

Well you can blend an image, but that's about it.
