how do i change the color of the regular submit buttons on regular layouts?

Try adding this to your css stylesheet

}

edit the settings. I think thats it. But it will only work in IE. Other browsers like firefox & safari etc will not view them like that so like anyone who views your site in another browser will still see default buttons.
