ciara banner, first banner made with an image Options

I don`t know what to call it but I made it for my banner site. I wanted to take comments&suggestions to improve the banner before I post it up.Keep in mind this was one of my first banners that I put an image of a celeb on.

The color scheme is... Not good. Blue goes with white, but not with the actual pictures you chose. The blinking text could give someone a seizure, it's a little too fast. Your pixel font shouldn't be that big. They're ment to be small and readable. Also, the brushes seem sorta random, like there's no theme to them. And, as said, your pictures are low quality.

It's great, but the picture quality is bad.
But you should make a custom module layout for it

I agree try for higher quality images. You can find more on like there fansites and what not. The pixel font should not be black maybe a blue so the colors just go together. or white with a blue stroke.

Otherwise its ok for your first with a picture.

More of a golden pallette. Then it would compliment her skin tones. It's like applying make-up in a sense. You want the colors to look good on her and on your blend all together. Brushes would be whatever, so long as they match each other. That's the important part. Yours look rather random, a themem of hearts and stars or something would be good I suppose.

I couldn`t find any brushes that matched her so I just did sort of a blend and added some text and a border.Any comments? suggestions?

i dont like the pic still they are still so blurry...i kno you can fix em if the pics were clear-er it would be a nice banner

It's blurry, I like the font though, but it should have a brush or pattern

The opacity technique is nice, and your colors match better. I still dislike the fact that your pictures are so fuzzy, it makes me wonder if I need new glasses. They can be washed out, just not so fuzzy. You're getting better.

are you crazy hahah you blending 2 pics on top of eachother
flip the whole pic 90 degrees and move the 2 pics apart. the font and how its placed could also be on a less noticable scale [not juss on opacity but like size too]

i like the second one you did best. juss careful not to go overboard on the gaussian blur ;) the first one isnt bad either. keep sending in more =) you're gettin good
