urgent! 2 questions, scroll box inside entry & link override Options

i made my own layout site & i can't find a few things
so i've been trying to figure out how to put a scroll box inside an entry & i can't figure out how to do it!
also i need to get a link so that instead of www.xanga.com/such&such [don't click, just an example] i want just 'xanga' or something else of my choice

can you please help me quickly? tell me where to put it &/or how to use it?

Ofcourse, you can change the "http://xanga.com" to somethings elese, and then change the name "xanga" to whatever you like.
