Ok I don't know if anyone knows anything about this, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Ok so I was wondering if anyone could give me advice, I want my hair crimpy everyday, but i can't use a crimping iron everyday because that takes too long....I take showers in the mornings so if I DID braid my hair the night before how would I do it so I can wash my hair wihout having to take 2 showers a day? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

why would you need to wash your hair twice everyday? just wash it the night before, and then braid it. the next morning, take them out and its crimped. then when you get home from school, take a shower at night, and braid it again. you only need to shower once.. huh.gif

Well yeah I know, what i'm saying is, I like my showers in the morining, I'm trying to figure a way to shower in the morning, but braid it at night, I know this probably doesn't make any sense at all.

^No. It doesn't.

Like everyone else said, shower at night or don't have crimped hair.

Um, sorry but in my humble opinion, I think crimping is childish and should be stuck back in the 80's where they belong! If you want to do something fun, try curling it...

But I guess that's your decision...

haha, i dont think youd be able to do that. if you did shower in the morning, youd have to wake up hours before if you were to consider blow drying. just do it at night. showering in the morning probably wouldnt be a good idea. cool.gif

actually my hair looks good crimped because it's thick and it lays nice, childish is having your hair in 2 high pigtails, nothing wrong with styling. And I do curl, I do a variety of things to my hair.

I think crimped hair (especially if the hair is long) is adorable and funky. My friend (who, by the way, I've known since the 80's, and depending on one's point of view, it never *did* go out of style) does that every once in a while and it's gorgeous, especially since she has blue black hair with red chunks.

So you don't want to shower twice, obviously. Get your hair wet with a water bottle, braid then snooze. = )

I wouldn't want it everyday. But honestly you really need to take showers at night then or else you can't fix ur problem... Unless, of course you get a perm or something but do they even have crimpy perms? I don't know, I like straight hair lol.

I'm a little confused but umm they don't have crimping perms?? huh.gif
The best thing and the quickes thing that works is to by a WIDE crimping iron because brading your hair so it'll be in liitle crimps when you undo it will take longer and the crimping iron is quicker biggrin.gif
