think roughly 5 days before her period starts, and 5 days after her period ends... depending on the length of her menstrual cycle.. if u wanna play safe, 3 days.. if you think you're lucky (maybe u wearing red boxers?), it's 7 days... but no gurantee ..but condom is 99% ..

anyone has any other suggestion

what are you talking about? there's no guarantee that you won't get pregnant if you have sex directly after your period or right before it.

only abstinence is 100%

condoms are not 99%. they're like 93% or something. i'm annoyed, i scanned my condoms and a condom box and i can't find the exact percentage but i know for sure that it is not 99%.

chii is right, there is no safe time for sex. even during a girl's period, which is when the unfertilized egg is being flushed out of the uterus, a girl can still get pregnant.

trusting a GUY'S word about the women's menstrual cycle is... not the best thing to do.

Timing around your period doesnt automatically mean theres no risk for pregnancy. Theres always a risk, unless your abstinent, have your tubes tied, or youre sterile because your eggs dont produce.

I'd say, right between second and third period, just after the bell rings.

Or if you have a free period, that would work too.

well after that egg is gone, another one comes after it, sure it takes a few days but isn't a sperm able to stay in you for like 1 2 days?!
there isn't really a safe time to have sex, abstinence is probably the best bet.

there really isnt a same time to have sex. a lot of these girls are right. sperm can stay in a womens vagina for several days before dying. either use a condom or just dont do it.

Condoms only have a 95%-98% efficiency rating. And there are no "safe" times to have sex.
