yea when girls have sex for the first time, most girls do bleed. because the guy breaks the girl's hymen, and that's what causes the bleeding. but sometimes girls can break their hymen stretching or excercising, so they don't bleed the first time they have sex...

Really? I heard that the hymen has a tinnny little hole in it, in which the menstrual cycle flows through. Then, when it is broken, it might or might not bleed, depending on the person. And even if it does bleed, it shouldn't be a lot, since the hymen is thin. Thin, but tough. But hey, I didn't have health class, so who knows, lol. I guess I learned something new today :]

Sorry for asking you ladies but it concerned me a lot. Well the story goes something like this.....
My girl and I dated when we were 12/14...now we're around 16/18...we had broken up and hooking back together a lot.
Anyways, one summer we broke up and each of us found ourselves a new partner. I got myself another girlfriend and we did everything except for sex. You know what? Your girlfriend could have broken her hymen when the guy fingered her. Just because she didn't bleed when the two of you had sex doesn't mean that she's not a virgin. I think that if you really care about her, you should just trust what she says. If she really cares about you, she wouldn't lie to you. That makes sense, right?
And about the bleeding: I didn't bleed at all, and I've never done sports, been horseback riding, or done gymnastics. My sister, who has done all three of those, bled so much that her boyfriend thought that she had her period. So it's different for each girl. Some girls don't even HAVE hymens. There's no way to tell for sure if a girl's a virgin, except for maybe if they get examined by a doctor, and even then, it's hard to tell. You're going to have to take her word for it on this, and if you can't trust her on something like this, why should you think that she should love you? love is built on trust, and if you don't trust her, there's gonna be a very very limited amount of "love" between you too. Also, I think that there'll be a part of your heart that belongs to anyone you have a relationship with, maybe a little more to someone you had a "first" with (first kiss, first time having sex...etc). Not everyone bleeds. Just because she didnt bleed doesnt mean shes not a virgin. I think if she told you that she lost it with you, you should believe her. But ask her about it. First of all a girl's hymen stretches if she bleeds its because it hasn't been stretched enough or never was. The best way to avoid bleeding is by fingering and using tampons on a regular basis.
