How did the creator do this:

I really like to know how to do it. I tried finding tutorials (Like googling it & good-tutorials.com) on it they worked but I want the animation just like that. I also tried to attempt it my self. I got the snow falling part, but the animation looks very weird. =/ I had about 7-10 frames of snow falling, but at the end of the frame it just goes through the 1st fame, not smoothly, looks choppy. On the above picture, the snow continously go down SMOOTHLY. How do you make it go smoothly like that picture above? I use Animation shop 3.0 & Imageready. Thanks.

I tried that tutorial a few days ago. I don't want to add noise for the snow. I also want to know how to make the animations go smoothly. When my last frame is animated then it goes to the first frame, BUT the last and first frame doesn't go together. It's like choppy.

Topic can be closed now. I'll just figure it out to make it go smoothly. Thanks anyway.
