I hate people who say "Aww, that really sucks" and walk away.. and then later on when they're having the worst day, they come to you and expect you to be right there passing out TLC and cookies.

Sometimes it's my mom or Trish to cheer me up. They usually can tell when somethings wrong.

I can always count on Kaylyn cheering me up, there is something about her that makes you wanna smile, and she inspires you to get up and do something completely fun and crazy lol.

If it's at rehearsal, then Miguel always cheers me up. I just need to see him smile, and then I start laughing, and we start dancing or something.

Elliott cheers me up when we hang out together. He's the best at that.

i tell myself to shut the fcuk up and stop being such a wuss about it. i get over whatever i'm being pissed off/sad/hurt about and i move on. the way i see it, no point in remaining all down and what not. might as well move on and make the best of it all.

if my friends ask me what's wrong, i generally tend to put on a face and pretend like everything's perfectly fine. and they usually believe me, except for one of my friends, who ends up yelling at me and poking and prodding until i tell her.

hmm...myself? haha. I don't go to anyone for help when I'm sad really...unless I'm really, REALLY sad in which case sometimes I go to my mom. But that only happens like once a year or something. I occasionally complain to friends on msn if I'm feeling down, but they're hardly ever availible in real life when I'm sad so ya...I just cry by myself till I get over it.

Actually, i can't say i've stayed happy for a while now. Like i would get a momentary rush of happiness but a few minutes after the cause of it is gone then i return to my sober state.

I think i'm suffering from mild depression, and im pretty sure i'm suffering from anxiety, seeing as how i can't shut my brain off at night, and i feel nervous at randome times of the day for no particular reason.

When im down...i usually rely on either sugar, or dancing around my room for relief.

Crying works too. but the afterfeeling of stuffyness isn't always so pleasant.
