How do I make the text glow or shine like in this picture in this topic CLICK? I have Photoshop 5.0.

Add some text, and then press the T icon at the right(?) and press outer glow.

I could be wrong but it could be else where in 5.0, since it's an old version.

You should be able to do this with Photoshop 5.0:
Make a text layer. Rasterize it (right-click on layer and choose rasterize layer). Duplicate (Ctrl+J). Apply Gaussian Blur filter on the bottom layer. That's as simple as I can make it. :) |
