AEON FLUX was INCREDIBLE. I didn't expect it to have a complicated plot. I thought the movie was just another sexy girl kicking ass. Turned out that "things arent as they seem". Humans being "Recycled". People having memories that never were..."but they were looong ago".
The story mainly is around a disease that killed 99% of the human race in 2015, then a scientist named Trevor Goodchild found a cure. But that cure came with a side effect. Finding out what the side effect did and why people are the way they are is the whole thing of the movie. Cause your like wtf, everyone looks normal.. but theyre not! 400 years later: 2415, Aeon Flux is kicking everyones ass to find out wtf is going on and to solve the mystery. Go see it. Do it. Do it now. |

Even though I haven't seen it yet, I'm not surprised it was a great movie. The cartoon was amazing.

i wanted to see it but the critics gave it a horrible review and word of mouth wasn't that swell either but i guess its not that bad since everyone who posted so far, enjoyed it.. guess i'll see it sometime =]

cartoon was pretty trippy
used to be one of my fav insomniac shows b4 adult swim matter o fact they shud put some of those episodes on adult swim. i think it would work well with the sat. lineup. aneways ima check out the movie 1 of these days. |

I've never seen the cartoon.
 BUT I do have a poster from Aeon Flux (cartoon) from comic con..Wait, when did the movie come out?! WAS IT DEC. 2ND?! ARGH I wanted to see it!

The plot was week, it picked up in the middle. But honestly Charlize underacted, if that's even possible. Yet I haven't seen the cartoon to compare. I walked out unimpressed.

Charlize is such a great actress. I can't wait to see her do an action role after all her heavy dramatic work.
The plot seems promising. I'm not expecting much from it though. Usually movies made from cartoons or comic books aren't too great. |
