I dont really think I'm allowed to post about how I think I should have it..so I'm not going to.

Michelle: She is a FABOULAS designer and she's got a hella lot of talent. I support her completely. She's my bliss sister!

From what I have picked up, Chrissy is also a very good person. Blunt and incorrect grammar, sure, but I have noticed that she is a very good person around here. Acts well with the people, and that would make her role on people staff a lot better. That made no sense...

LIBERTIE! Yes she doesn't fit the requirements..or at least the post & ppd but SHE HAS SERIOUSLY helped out in the LJ department. So, she has a life, but she still helps to the point its amazing all that she knows.

the only people ive seen around here that have made good points in topics are vermillion and raccoon, iono who the rest of them are i guess they dont stand out or im just forgetting but i think they deserve the peoples title i guess, brie (vermillion) has been here for a while and has remained active so she deserves it, i also think hip hop would be a great peoples staff ><;

anyways, michael should definitely be people staff. please dont make me describe why..it would take too long.

justin should also be people staff. hes very active in the community forums and helpful to people.

toya should definitely be on some form of design staff. she is so good at anything coding/graphics related that she could be staff for websites, myspace, or xanga. shes so helpful in the webdesign and programming forums. ill..do something drastic if she's not put on staff.

I'm not really sure what happened with Brie last time she was modded, and it's none of my business, but I think that what happened in the past has happened and that it can be avoided.

• jeff are givens, so no need to elaborate on them (i hope)
• kristinaa. she's fun. she uses the design section. polite, mature, etc. very people staffer material. definatly would be able to handle the job.
• james. sure, people may not agree with him, you may think he's pretentious, or overtly defensive. but this isn't nominations for best cb member- it's for mods, and i think james would do that perfectly well. he's perfectly capable, as he has shown in bylaws and invision free forums.

there are most likely other qualified candidates, i just don't know them.

I personally don't think those three people are qualified to be staff members. I do not know any of them personally and have really only seen them around their cB friends. Yet, I still don't see the moderator quality or whatever in them. I don't think they were nominated for the right reasons and I don't see them really bringing a lot to the table, except for another friend on the list.


On the other hand, Justin, James, Michael, and Chrissy have my full support. They have all shown the qualities needed to be a good, fair, fun, sometimes oppionated moderator.

But I must say MissxChrissy (sp) would be an exceptional people staff. I've felt nothing but good vibes from her, even before I took my break off. She has excellent P.R. skills. I'd vote for her.

mipadi - Michael's a talented person with honest opinions and good judgement. I don't know him personally but he has shown through on the forum.
M1SSxCHR1SSY - Chrissy is a sweet down to earth girl who is welcoming to everyone.
sadolakced acid - Justin is one of the few people at CB who sees things as they truly are. He's an honest person, a good friend, and has great opinions.
lolita kitty - Even though she is young, Cassie is one of the few people who make a new CBer feel welcome. She has a wonderful personality and sense of humor.
BrokenDream -Mels is not only a great human being she truly knows how to make people feel welcome at CB. She's an awesome light to CB and a joy to be around.

MYSPACE
Toyo loco - I wouldn't be suprised if Toya found her way on people staff. Toya is such a nice person as well as an excellent designer.

XANGA
Toyo loco - (same)
Fabio. - Meli is one of the greatest people I've ever met on CB. She's open, honest, fun, and talented.
Insomniac - Michelle honestly has a thirst to lead and I think she can. She is an excellent designer and an honestly good person.

For me, I believe that chrissy, james, jeff and michael would make excellent people staff - this is to say from what i've seen on their contributions to cB.

I can't exactly say anything for the design staff members because I'm not exactly there much.

M1SSxCHR1SSY Chrissy is phenomenal. she is sweet, friendly, dedicated, knows the rules, gets on with the staff team, and could not deserve the position more. one of my top two choices

YoGrandpaIsFine Urh... im sure she's lovely, but the only place i have ever really encountered her posts is in Forum Games... obviously, she must do more, as she got nominated several times, but Kelly doesnt do anything to 'stand out from the crowd' as a candidate in my mind.

sadolakced acid if Justin doesnt become staff, someone is going to be looking at the business end of a hissy fit. He has proven himself MORE than worthy by his work in feedback, the bylaws, and in the past working on CBNews. no tto mod him would be the single stupidest decision possible. My top choice.

lolita kitty here's where i start getting guilt pangs. i like cassie, i do, but i cant see her being a great staff member. i just dont think she has the maturity. Kiera said in her nomination of cassie that she was nominating (at least partially because) of her growth and improvement since she first joined the site. i appreciate this and agree, but modship shouldn't be about 'most improved'. it should be about 'most capable'. if, despite her growth, she hasnt reached the level some had to begin with, she should not be modded, which i feel is the case

yanners Yanlin would be a great staffer. i know her well through GenF as well as CB, adn think she has excellent people skills, and would be an asset to the team. It would be a shame to see her overlooked.

Hiphop d[-_-]b again, i'm sure Bella is lovely, and i have no sdisagreements with her, but, as with Kelly, i dont see her as standing out in the way that some other candidates do.

Kristinaa I'v eheard strong things about her from people that i respect, but i dont personally know her that well. i'm sure she would do well on staff, but i wouldn't like to see her modded at the expense of someone like Chrissy or Yanlin.

MyVermillionPlague I <3 Brie. she would be phenomenal as a staffer, but again... she has been a mod in the past. admittedly i dont fully understand the terms of her leaving the team, but, as with jeff, i dont think she sould be remodded over a potential staff newbie

For people staff, Michael, Justin, Chrissy, and James. I'm sure all the nominations would be great, but when I joined those people stuck out to me within just the first week or so. They all seem very warm, responsible, and mature all at the same time and I think that's what got them as many nominations as they received in the first place.

Toya knows her stuff and would be great wherever you put her. I think that's unanimous; seriously, I can't think of anyone who'd disagree. For Xanga, I really think Fabio and Insomniac are great choices.

I don't want to vouch for myself since there aren't any other LJ nominations, but I will promise to be as active as possible when college allows it.

I can't help thinking I've left someone out, but I trust that the right people will be given the right positions.

I think that the following would truly do amazing and there the ones Im really hoping for:

people:
Mipadi: Pure intelligent person. He helps in multiple ways and could be great for people staff. He seems nice and willing to help as long as he can (which is often =]) . Its hard to explain but he would do an amazing job and thats a fact.

Incoherent:Another person that would od a great job. Hes really nice and being on people staff he could really react with the people. He's friendly and when he can hell help. He would also do a great job on people staff.

Kristina: Kristina is AMAZING! Shes really nice and fun to get along with. It seem slike she loves meeting new friends and shes always nice. She just so friendly to people its amazing. She would do great on people staff because she can relate to alot of people. Throught tv whatever shes always friendly. You have to love her.

lolita kitty: What to say about cassie? Cassies just so nice and friendly and its always a joy to talk with her. She can really communicate with people which makes her a really fun person and thats why she would do great.

PEOPLE
Michael - Personally I haven't seen him around that much, but from what everyone else has said about him, I think that he would be a wonderful addition to the staff.

Chrissy - She was one in the past, am I correct? I have the impression that she is really nice and friendly. It would be great to have her back on staff.

Justin, James - Always involved in improving cB. Shows certain dedication and I think this should be one of the many qualities a people staff should have.

Jeff - Definitely should be on staff again. He did a great job in the past and I'm sure he can make an impact to cB of creating fun.

Yanlin - Another ex-people staff, right? I see her on cB every day during the timezones where people in the US are mostly asleep or at school/work. It would be nice to have a people staff online during this different timezone so as to maintain order in cB.

Melissa - She applied last time but didn't make it. I can tell that she has the qualities to become a good people staff.



I'm not commenting on MySpace or LiveJournal staff-nominees because I never visit those forums at all.

I'm definately glad that Toya and Krisitina are nominated. Toya really knows her stuff about designing and all. She definately deserves to be on Design Staff. Kristina is also good with finding duplicate topics, and spammers. She really needs to be on People Staff.

I'll give my opinion on People staff. I'm too biased on the other half!


mipadi: YES. Michael needs to be on people staff. He has always come across as very intelligent, and he rises above the petty drama on CB. He's very friendly and very active, and he also listens to both sides and judges fairly, from what I have seen of him in the debate forum. I think that Michael would be an awesome addition to staff.

sadolakced acid: YES! Justin, I think, has my support more than almost anybody. He's always stood out to me in the community section of CB as someone who is funny, fair, friendly, and brutally honest. He says it like it is, and I think CB Staff could benefit from a person like that. I worked with him on CB News Staff, and he really stood out to me as someone who always knows what's going on and who could put it forth in a way that made you want to stop and listen.

Kristinaa: YES, again. I have seen this girl in action, and she is a force to be reckoned with. She doesn't put up with any bull, but she's also very friendly and outgoing to everyone, especially newbies. Because of her friendliness and willingness to help, I think that Kristina would be an incredible addition to staff.

M1SSxCHR1SSY: YES. Chrissy is like, wait, I thought she was already on staff? I don't know her personally, but she seems very sweet, very thoughtful, and very friendly. She's always quick to help, and she is very active in the community forums.

I think that Mipadi and Yanners would be great additions to people staff. They frequent the forums, have good posts that contribute to a topic, and are welcoming and nice to other members. Both have also not been involved in the typical cB drama.

I can't really speak about those nominated for design staff or anything because I'm not sure who is exactly qualified. But I do think that those two members I mentioned above should be highly considered for people staff.
