what? do you mean make music a wma. Html is a page meaning an actual webpage. You can't make music a page you can add music to a page or upload a song for a page. but music .html i think its not possible

If you have a song on your computer you can use some thing like Geocities and upload the song.

You have to be online to upload your music.
Use Geocities or something to upload the song. |
