Xangas shut down |

I'm kind of bummed now. Two great designers who just happened to be on cB before, eldandili/Lena and rivendell/Jessica, shut down their Xangas! (This is the part where everyone gasps with me) Maybe you know them? Eh. I just thought about how I haven't heard from either in a while, and so I thought I'd go see what they've been up to and maybe see some of their latest designs, but they're not there anymore. I was a bit saddened by that.
Mmm. Ever known someone through Xanga or something, and suddenly realize they're no longer there? I don't think that makes a lot of sense, but hey. I don't really know. Oh well.

the other day i went to my oldoldoldxanga from 6th grade and shut it down because it had some pretty ... embarassing stuff in it. anyway, before i did i went around and looked at other friends xangas from back them, and like, almost all of them were shut down or had some sort of memo on them that said " IM DONE WITH XANGA " |

mine is all private these days, i just went through all of my subscribers though, most of them are shut down. that makes me a little sad.

everyone has myspace now. allmy friends xangas are updated from like 2004! or 2003! its really sad. but yeah i agree with casie a lot of embarassing stuff is on `em. so i would shut em down. xanga to me seems like it died since when i was in 6th grade.. ahaha memorys huh Tran?

i thought at first you were saying xanga shut down.
ive known people who have shut down their xangas, but i usually find a new on that they made. |

I don't know them, but that is pretty sad. I am getting sick of xanga as well...considering that I haven't updated my xanga since like forever. I use livejournal now.

I never visited Trish (2Nekked)'s xanga before she deleted it...
 but she made the best xanga layouts ever.
