My bestfriend is turning 16 this Feb. Shes been my bestfriend for 13 1/2 years. And I really want to give her something special. Exp. seeing our friendship these past 3 weeks been turning around for the both of us. I figured I would put together a scrapt book of us from Kindergarten up, but I also wanted to do something else, that was touching.

In a previous post from someone else, they had the folded stars with a passage or something in it, that was touching, she would really enjoy recieving something like that. But I dont know how to make them, so if any of you is willing to share how, or give me ideas or a website, i couldent thank you enough. cool.gif I just want her to have the best sweet 16 ever. Seeing she isnt having a party I want to do something she will never forget. And I have time to plan it out. Any other ideas/directions on how to make the stars?

Thanks so much you guys it means alot biggrin.gif

I'm sorry i don't know how to make them either sad.gif

But when you get directions, maybe you can make big ones and stick little pictures on some of them? Like the two of you in kindergarten, fourth grade, etc. Then the rest can be little stars.

A scrapbook is a really great idea. And when you buy the little strips for the stars, they usually always come with instructions. You can get them at a Local Hello Kitty [ Sanrio ] if you have one in your mall. Those i know coem with instructions on the back. After that, you can measure out bigger or smaller stars and follow the directions to make various sized stars

We don't have a store like that around here. Is it possible to make them out of normal tiny sheets of paper?
